About Us

Counseling for your whole family

We offer support for your family with a comprehensive range of counseling services tailored to meet the diverse needs of children, teens, and parents. When you work with us, you will gain clarity on your child/ren’s needs and emotional experiences, be equipped with tools and resources to make it through hard times, and be more resilient for whatever comes next.

Connections-based approach

At the core of our approach is a deep belief in the power of connection. It is through connection that we build authentic and trusting relationships that enable children and teens to feel comfortable and engaged in sessions.

Our connection-based approach also informs how we support you, loving parents! We will help you find new and effective ways to relate to and delight in your child/ren, support your child/ren in building confidence and flexibility – and bring more ease and enjoyment in to your family life at large.

Tessa has worked with children and families in a number of different positions in the mental health field. She has experience working in women's rehab, as a psych tech at Huntsmen Mental Health Institute, and as a therapeutic preschool specialist at The Children's Center Utah.
