Our Services

Whole family support

We specialize in providing wraparound support for children and parents. We’ll work collaboratively with you to create a comprehensive treatment model that is specific to your family’s concerns.

By empowering children and parents to communicate effectively, manage conflict, strengthen their relationships, and build resilience, we aim to create lasting positive change that extends far beyond the therapy room.

Child and Family Therapy

At PCCFC, we ensure that your child/teen has a safe and comfortable environment for sessions with their therapist. Sessions include a variety of practices such as play therapy, art-based interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and more. Depending on the developmental age of your child/ren and needs of your family, at times it may be beneficial for a parent/s to join their child in therapy for parent/child or family sessions.

Couples Counseling

The evolving phases of child rearing and family life can challenge a partnership in ways never imagined. At PCCFC we support couples in navigating and strengthening their relationship within the context of the family system. Be it supporting your marriage, navigating divorce, or figuring out how to be on the same page in parenting, we are here to help. And we know that when you get the support you need as a couple or co-parents, your kids will benefit too.

Parent Coaching Services

Parenting can be one of the most overwhelming things we do. And most of us don’t get the support we need to do it. You and your children are likely doing everything you can to be close. But if you find your experience of parenting to be more challenging than enjoyable, it may be a good time to consider parent coaching or a parent support group.

Parent coaching is open to all parents seeking support, whether or not your child is currently receiving counseling services with us or not. When you call, we’ll discuss your options and family needs, and help choose a path that is right for you.

Family life will be messy from time to time.

But with the right support you can:

  • Gain the tools and perspective you need to enter into conflict or struggle and be able to work through it.

  • Learn how to be regulated and self-assured in how you show up for your child/ren, partner…and yourself.

  • Feel confident in who to be and how to be in life’s messier moments.

  • End your days feeling like a winning team – with and within a family you adore.
